About The Position

Flyin Brian Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a full-time, salaried store manager, described in the posting as an Assistant Manager. The role is second in command of a million-dollar business and offers an opportunity to grow into a general manager position. The company will train candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas.

The manager oversees all aspects of the store and is accountable for everything that happens during their shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role works five or more days per week, including most weekends, and requires leading by example while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• At least 2 years of multi-management experience.
• Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience managing multiple stores and employees.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use Outlook or email services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near the store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the assigned shift.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and require team members to follow all policies and procedures.
• Help deliver excellent pizza delivery service.
