About The Position

Starbucks baristas create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, engaging with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders, provide customer service, handle cash, and carry out a range of store tasks while meeting operating, safety, and security standards.

Requirements

Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders when requested.
Meet store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
