About The Position
As a Store Manager, you lead a coffeehouse team in creating a warm, welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. You lead the business and help create meaningful moments of connection and joy for the community. Starbucks supports your growth through developmental experiences and benefits. The position requires full-time availability and regularly demands more than 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- At least a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Responsibilities

- Lead the coffeehouse business.
- Coach and mentor team partners.
