A renowned quick-service company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires passion for leadership, operational excellence, and team development.

Requirements

Completed bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
One to two years of management experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, quick-service, or casual-dining environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop employees.
Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and operational compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, customer service, cash management, and daily operational execution.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing employees.
Prepare employee schedules based on operational needs and established labor guidelines.
Manage inventory, supplier requisitions, merchandise receiving, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, quality audits, company procedures, and internal policies.
Monitor service quality and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Recognize team achievements through positive reinforcement, ongoing feedback, and supportive leadership.
Address operational challenges and make timely, effective decisions while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
