About The Position
Walker Volkswagen is looking for a reliable, motivated Quick Lube / Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the basics well, and wants to grow in a dealership environment.
Requirements
- Prior automotive service experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Team-oriented attitude and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and video multi-point inspections.
- Check belts, hoses, filters, tire pressure, and other basic wear items.
- Help identify potential issues and communicate findings to the service team.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer maintenance procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Support the service department with additional shop duties as needed.
