About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, fashion-forward, and driven Store Manager for their Denver Premium Outlet location in Thornton, CO. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a hands-on leadership approach, and the ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver an elevated customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for strategically driving business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution, while building lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
