Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as hospitality, retail, sales, food service, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with willingness to work outdoors and assist with grounds maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Basic computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • An associate’s degree or at least 2 years of college coursework may substitute for part of the required experience

Responsibilities

  • Support Store Operations: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
  • Follow up on leads (online, phone and walk-ins).
  • Provide on-site guidance to other staff (assisting, tasking, training).
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Maintain Our Facility: Open, operate and close the office while keeping the center clean, safe and secure for our customers and their belongings.
  • Provide basic maintenance such as sweeping, snow removal, light bulb replacement, trash pick-up, etc. using tools such as brooms, shovels, leaf blowers, snow blowers etc.
  • Manage Accounts: Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.
  • Prepare all documents required on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as required by the company and/or supervisory staff.
