About The Position

Optiom is hiring a Territory Manager to drive product adoption across Alberta's automotive dealership network. This role involves being on the front lines of the national sales team, identifying, onboarding, and developing dealer relationships that deliver lasting results. The Territory Manager will be responsible for owning their territory and driving dealer growth across Alberta, building real relationships, and reporting directly on territory performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel across Alberta

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions
  • Established relationships within Alberta's automotive dealership community
  • Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs
  • Background in training dealership staff across F&I and service departments
  • Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations

Benefits

  • $60,000+ base salary
  • Performance commission
