Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing sales, staffing, and operational performance
- Intermediate computer and digital skills
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve business goals
- Commitment to Goodwill's mission, culture, and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day retail operations to achieve sales, production, and financial goals
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create employee schedules and manage daily staffing needs
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, and donation growth initiatives
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze operational performance
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Partner with Mission Services to support employee and participant development
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
