About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented CosmoProf store, managing talent, inspiring and coaching associates, and ensuring customers receive a memorable experience and custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The Store Manager also ensures compliance with safety, security, and company procedures to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude and drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires extended standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

• Cosmetology license.
