About The Position
To The Nines is hiring a Store Manager for its gift shops in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin. The business has three storefronts and an extensive retail website, offering carefully selected items that showcase the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist. The Store Manager oversees staff and inventory, reviews sales reports, and helps ensure the stores and grounds are well maintained and operational. The role also provides backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of retail or management experience.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Manage inventory by verifying shipments, processing transfers and damages, and conducting physical inventories.
- Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling, and marketing needs.
- Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well organized, and fully operational.
- Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.
