About The Position
Flyin Brian Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a full-time salaried store manager (described in the posting as an assistant manager) to serve as second in command of a million-dollar business and develop toward store leadership. The manager oversees all aspects of the store and is accountable for everything that happens during their shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The company will train candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position works five or more days per week, including most weekends. The manager is expected to lead by example, ensure team safety and training, foster the team’s culture, and follow all policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. The franchise describes opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- At least 2 years of multi-management experience.
- Prior Domino’s experience, or prior experience managing multiple stores and employees.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Safe driving history: over 18 with 2 years of safe driving history, or age 19 with 1 year.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
- Judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills.
