About The Position
The Store Manager leads a Starbucks coffeehouse and its team, creating a warm, welcoming environment where customers can connect over coffee. This role oversees the business while coaching and mentoring team partners and contributing to a sales-focused environment. The role is full-time and regularly demands more than 40 hours per week. Schedules may vary and include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- High school diploma or GED at minimum.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
- Ability to work full-time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
