Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a specialty retailer (small or large box).
• Exceptional customer service skills, focused on creating memorable shopper experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive results.
• Passion for clothing and a high-touch approach.
• Digitally savvy, comfortable with social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in Menswear or Menswear retail environments is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of success in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Embody the four pillars of a Buck Mason Leader: Business Creation, Adaptability, Merchandising & Operations, and Focus & Prioritization.
• Maintain Buck Mason’s brand identity, driving engagement, knowledge, and passion among the team.
• Set daily store goals and individual targets for team members.
• Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, modeling Buck Mason leadership behaviors.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Utilize digital assets to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Foster talent retention and development within the team.
• Seek feedback from team, peers, and superiors for continuous improvement.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing, positive store team.

Benefits

• On target first year earnings: $150,000-$175,000 ($80,000- $95,000 base salary + an annual bonus of no less than 2% of your stores net profit).
