About The Position

Buck Mason is seeking a flagship Store Manager who embodies the company's culture, customer experience, and lifestyle. The ideal candidate is a natural leader skilled in driving business, building a strong team, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a small or large box specialty retailer.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, focused on creating memorable shopper experiences.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Passion for clothing and a high-touch ethos.
  • Digitally savvy, comfortable with social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in Menswear or Menswear retail environments is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in retail management.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights, as well as weekends and holidays.

  • Set daily store goals and individual targets for each team member, keeping everyone focused and motivated.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, modeling Buck Mason leadership behaviors.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to your team, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience.
  • Maintain a top-notch work environment, executing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines with precision.
  • Harness the power of digital assets to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Foster talent retention and development, continuously elevating the capabilities of your team.
  • Seek feedback from your team, peers, and superiors, always striving to improve and grow.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing, positive store team, driving excellence every step of the way.

Benefits

  • On target first year earnings: $130,000-$145,000 ($80,000- $95,000 base salary + an annual bonus of no less than 2% of your stores net profit).
