Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry
• At least 2 years of management experience with direct responsibility for financial performance, including P&L accountability, in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-focused culture that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing for efficient store operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales.
• Manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and store financial performance.
• Handle cash, deposits, reporting, and store transactions accurately and securely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
• Conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards.
• Lead with professionalism, accountability, and a strong team-first attitude.
