Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other customer-focused service industries
  • Proven ability to create, support, and maintain a customer-centric culture that prioritizes exceptional service and satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service
  • Train, support, and motivate team members to help the store succeed
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily store operations
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product presentation throughout the store
  • Support store profitability by helping manage expenses, payroll, and shrink
  • Handle cash, deposits, reports, and store transactions accurately and securely
  • Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
  • Analyze store performance and help drive sales growth and operational success
  • Build leadership skills while preparing for future Store Manager opportunities
