About The Position

7 Leaves Café is a growing coffee and tea shop chain looking for a Store Manager to lead one of their locations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader comfortable making decisions, coaching in real-time, and holding themselves and others accountable. Success means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering with District Managers to achieve business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape culture, nurture future leaders, and directly influence the guest experience during a significant growth phase for the company.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience.
  • Must be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to use them to coach and develop team members.
  • Strong team well-being and sales-focused mindset.
  • Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback.
  • Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times.
  • Possess the ability to deliver constructive feedback and guide conflict resolution.
  • Able to develop and grow future leaders for the organization.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking.
  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer through management of store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development.
  • Increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.
  • Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; create action plans to drive success.
  • Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth, setting and monitoring personal goals, holding team members accountable, and maintaining a "customer comes first" attitude.
  • Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe.
  • Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving skills to maintain store operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.).
  • Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal-driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to make effective decisions and achieve results that grow the business and customer base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
