As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead authentically, grow quickly, and be part of something meaningful by shaping the culture, nurturing future leaders, and directly influencing the guest experience while staying grounded in the company's Core Values. The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable making decisions, coaching in real time, and holding themselves and others accountable. Success in this role means consistently delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and partnering closely with District Managers to achieve business goals.
