Store Manager - Cotton On Station Park

About The Position

The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for leading all aspects of the store. This includes building a positive, inclusive culture; leading, managing, and developing store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets; and supporting long-term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze results and drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including executing visual merchandising directives and meeting visual merchandising standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
