About The Position
The Store Manager leads the customer and associate experiences in the store and is empowered to drive a profitable business through customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. The role coaches the team to reach its full potential and ensures a welcoming experience for customers and associates. The Store Manager cultivates a customer-focused environment, inspires and develops associates, supports seamless omnichannel shopping, and builds an effective store team. The role oversees store operations and performance, develops retail plans using reports, manages budgeting and payroll, and promotes community events and philanthropic partnerships.

- 2+ years of retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
