About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads the team in creating a warm, welcoming space where customers experience connection and joy. The role involves running the business and coaching team members while building a community-oriented coffeehouse. Requirements

Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or at least four years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
