About The Position

Crosby’s is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in Cuba, NY. The role is responsible for people, performance, and profitability while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and team members. The Store Manager leads and develops the team, delivers strong customer service, drives store performance, and manages daily operations and compliance.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of fast food or retail management experience.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation for position requirements, such as meetings and banking.
Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills, and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
Position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week.
