About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads the team and operates the business while creating a warm, welcoming space where customers and the community can connect. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
An entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the professional maturity to coach and mentor team partners.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
