About The Position

The Store Manager leads a coffeehouse team and business, creating a warm and welcoming place where customers and the community can connect. The role calls for leading with craft and care, coaching and mentoring team partners, and helping create meaningful customer experiences. It is a full-time position that regularly requires more than 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Three years of retail or customer service management experience, or four or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
