About The Position

As a Location Manager, you'll take ownership of a thriving branch and play a key role in driving operational excellence, team development, and customer success. As Location Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Rental, Service, and Parts departments—keeping everything running efficiently while supporting your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations across Rental, Service, and Parts
• Managing workflow, equipment utilization, and turnaround times
• Coaching and developing team members across multiple functions
• Driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Monitoring KPIs and taking action to improve results
• Partnering with HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams
• Creating a strong, accountable, team-first culture
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
