About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, people-focused Branch Operations Manager to lead this flagship location. This is more than a branch leadership role—it is a high-impact position responsible for supporting a broad and diverse customer base, shaping the daily customer experience, and setting the tone for operational excellence across our organization. Our Main Office serves a uniquely diverse mix of customers, including: Local families and businesses, Business owners, professionals, and corporate executives. Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail banking or branch operations leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead in a complex, high-traffic environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and operational controls
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across diverse groups
  • Cultural awareness and a customer-first mindset
  • A collaborative approach to relationship-building with employees and customers

  • Deliver Exceptional, Inclusive Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer interaction is welcoming, respectful, and responsive, Support a wide range of customer needs with professionalism and care, Act as the escalation point for complex service situations.
  • Support Relationship Growth—As a Team: Collaborate closely with commercial lenders, treasury specialists, and other partners, Participate in joint customer and prospect meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Oversee Complex, High-Volume Operations: Manage daily branch operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, Ensure strict adherence to compliance, security, and operational standards, Maintain audit readiness and strong internal controls.
  • Drive Efficiency & Innovation: Promote digital banking tools that meet customers’ varying preferences, Ensure staff are confident, capable, and adaptable in evolving systems and processes.
