About The Position

The Store General Manager is responsible for running a high-performing, hospitality-driven store that grows sales, controls costs, and builds leaders. This role is the heartbeat of the store, leading the team, maintaining excellence in food, service, and cleanliness, and driving profitability while developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver non-fuel sales of $750K–$1M+ per month through operational excellence and community engagement
  • Control labor and food cost targets while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Maintain guest satisfaction scores above 4.5 and ensure every guest feels valued
  • Coach and develop Assistant Managers and team members to become future leaders
  • Proactively manage maintenance, cleaning, and labor scheduling needs
  • Lead the store with energy, organization, and a genuine hospitality mindset
