About The Position

NAPA is hiring a part-time Store Delivery Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across a metropolitan area. The driver serves as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by providing safe, accurate, on-time deliveries and friendly, professional customer service. The role also supports store operations through vendor pickups, inventory and shipment handling, order dispatch, facility upkeep, and shelf stocking. Flexible schedules may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Comfort navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring deliveries are accurate and on time.
Build customer relationships through friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform routine delivery truck maintenance and cleanliness checks, including checking tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, dispatching orders, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
