About The Position

NAPA is hiring a part-time Store Driver to deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers across the metropolitan area. The driver serves as a NAPA Brand Ambassador, providing friendly, professional customer service and ensuring deliveries are safe, accurate, and on time. The role also supports store operations through vendor pickups, stockroom inventory, shipment handling, order dispatch, and shelf stocking. Drivers maintain delivery records, follow safety rules and traffic laws, and perform routine cleanliness and maintenance checks on company delivery trucks.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach up to 8 feet, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Experience handling cash transactions and processing returns accurately.
Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening.
Comfort navigating metropolitan areas using GPS or directions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to NAPA customers, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service during deliveries.
Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stockroom inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks on delivery trucks, including tire pressure and vehicle cleanliness.
Maintain detailed delivery logs and track shipments using company systems.
Support store operations by maintaining facility standards, providing customer service including order dispatch, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves as needed.
