About The Position

The Store Director is responsible for leading a team to help families discover the joy of everyday life. This role involves developing leaders who care about their teams, guests, and each other. Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
