This is a rare opportunity to: Lead a flagship store in a resort community Drive results in a high-energy, seasonal business environment Build and inspire a high-performing, customer-focused team Experience a lifestyle surrounded by mountains, lakes, and year-round outdoor adventure What You’ll Do As Store Director, you’ll own the full store experience, including balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and business performance: Lead & develop teams to achieve their full potential Drive sales, profit, and service through strong execution Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs Leverage financial insights (P&L, labor, costs) to improve outcomes
Requirements
- Strong people leadership experience (3–5+ years preferred)
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Passionate about growing sales, customer experience, and team development
