About The Position

As a Delivery Expert, you deliver pizzas to customers promptly and help support store operations. The role requires enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. You must maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards and represent the brand to customers. Additional duties include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, completing related paperwork, and coordinating with coworkers and customers. The position involves working independently and with others, performing repetitive tasks, and meeting quality standards while making timely, sound decisions. Most tasks are performed standing, and the role requires walking, carrying products, unloading deliveries, and lifting or stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds. Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and stair use may be required. The role also involves hand-eye coordination for preparing pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have at least one year of driving history.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain and delivery sites.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform required walking, carrying, and occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas to customers within the designated delivery area.

Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in appropriate storage and work areas, and complete related paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Unload and handle product deliveries and supplies.
