The Store C Manager position is a full-time role with flexible availability. This position directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees, including Assistant Managers, Lead Representatives, and Customer Service Representatives. The manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service. They develop, manage, and assign tasks to maintain store cleanliness, adequate stocking, organization, and overall appearance according to Company standards. The role requires maintaining a professional and supportive image, scheduling employees within guidelines to meet business needs and maximize customer service, and implementing non-discriminatory management practices. The Store C Manager also develops positive relationships with suppliers, resolves customer complaints professionally, and ensures regular and predictable onsite attendance. They are responsible for preparing performance appraisals, training employees on customer service, store image, marketing, safety procedures, and cash handling to reduce risk. Effective communication with all store employees and the Market Manager is essential, including periodic meetings. The manager evaluates and develops action plans to meet store objectives, organizes store files and manuals, and ensures accurate and timely completion of reports. They also manage merchandise stocking, display, and pricing. Financial responsibilities include analyzing daily sales and expense information, budgeting and forecasting P&L lines, managing merchandise margins, safeguarding money, and performing financial analysis to maximize sales and profits. The manager must notify the Market Manager of any discrepancies in sales, cash, inventory, or operations.
