The role also requires diligent communication with employees and Market Managers, organizing store files, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and managing merchandise display and pricing. Financial responsibilities include analyzing sales and expenses, budgeting, forecasting P&L, managing merchandise margins, safeguarding money, and identifying discrepancies.
