The Store C Manager position is a full-time role with flexible availability, located at 156 Ben Avon Heights Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15237. This role involves direct supervision of at least two full-time employees, including Assistant Managers, Lead Representatives, and Customer Service Representatives. The manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training staff to ensure excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking according to company standards. They must also foster a professional and supportive environment, manage employee schedules to meet business needs, and implement non-discriminatory management practices. The position requires building positive relationships with suppliers, resolving customer complaints professionally, and maintaining a positive public image within the community. Key responsibilities also include conducting performance appraisals, training employees on customer service, safety procedures, and cash handling, and ensuring timely communication among staff. The manager will develop action plans to achieve store objectives, organize store files, and ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and merchandise display. Financial responsibilities include analyzing sales and expense data, budgeting, forecasting P&L, managing merchandise margins, safeguarding funds, and reporting discrepancies to the Market Manager.
