About The Position

As a Seasonal Store Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, fun, and supportive environment, helping guests find gifts, sample products, and enjoy the store. The role assists guests in a helpful, positive manner, maintains the Rochester, NH store to company standards, and supports operational and merchandising duties as directed. This is a part-time seasonal opportunity through January 9, 2027, for 12–20 hours per week, paying $15.00 per hour. The position may periodically require more than 40 hours per week based on business needs or for meetings or training.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy; Microsoft Office preferred.
Basic math skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand for several hours a day; climb ladders; bend, reach, squat, kneel, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to move large quantities of merchandise using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other moving equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, on a regular basis.
May need to work more than 40 hours per week periodically for business needs or to attend meetings or training outside the normal schedule.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, understand their needs and wants, and drive sales by offering positive assistance.
Promote the brand in stores and at community events.
Process transactions at cash registers efficiently and accurately.
Receive and process incoming shipments accurately as directed.
Support inventory activities, including cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and stocking shelves, tables, and under cabinets.
Assist with visual merchandising, company store special events, and sales as needed.
Maintain store appearance by cleaning, dusting, and keeping sampling areas free of spills.
