About The Position
Ingles Markets is hiring associates to work in one of its store departments. Available positions include cashier and front-end services, deli, bakery, produce, meat, Starbucks, pharmacy, and stocking and unloading. Associates serve customers, support customer satisfaction, ensure high-quality food is available, represent Starbucks offerings, contribute to a quality pharmacy experience, or keep store shelves stocked, depending on their department. On-the-job training is available for those new to this work, with team support as they learn. Ingles offers growth opportunities and promotes from within.
Requirements
- Be friendly and customer-service oriented.

- Be at least 16 years old; some positions may require candidates to be at least 17 or 18.
- Additional qualifications may be required depending on the position.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support customer satisfaction.
- Serve customers in deli, bakery, produce, or meat departments and help ensure high-quality food is available.
- Represent and serve Starbucks drinks, food, and merchandise to customers.
- Help create a quality pharmacy experience for customers.
- Stock shelves and unload goods.
