As a Store Associate, you bring the Vera Bradley brand to life and serve as its customer-facing representative. You work with store leadership to achieve sales goals while delivering an excellent shopping experience and best-in-class customer service. You uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and help make the world a brighter place through every customer interaction. This is a seasonal role.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak business needs.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to walk and stand constantly, and bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Have strong sensory skills, including good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
• Be able to consistently lift 10–35 lbs., occasionally lift up to 55 lbs., and push or pull more than 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Suggest Vera Bradley products to match customers’ needs and drive store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
• Create an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers through product awareness and team selling.
• Carry out and improve daily operational procedures.
• Support the team in maintaining visual standards and keep the store organized and inviting.
• Be reliable, uphold company values, and follow company policies and procedures.
