About The Position

Fabletics is hiring Part-Time Store Associates for its Victoria Gardens location in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Store Associates help deliver a best-in-class retail shopping experience and connect customers’ online and in-store journeys using innovative technology. They work with store leaders and associates to support customers, achieve business goals, and contribute to a close-knit team. This position reports to the Store Manager. The role involves engaging customers and sharing product knowledge, supporting store events and community projects, maintaining merchandising and safety standards, communicating inventory and training needs, and meeting personal sales and store objectives. Associates may also unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 pounds. The position is onsite and requires a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay is $16.50–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work onsite and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform frequent moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
