About The Position
A HATCH Store Associate delivers an exceptional client experience, drives sales results, and builds meaningful relationships with the community. The role serves as a brand ambassador through personalized service, product expertise, and support for daily store operations.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfort using digital tools, POS systems, and reporting platforms.
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Comfortable working independently during single-coverage shifts.
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
- Ability to regularly bend, lift, carry, push, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders and step ladders, and frequently reach overhead while performing store operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet company requirements in selling, merchandising, and operations while safeguarding company assets.
- Develop and maintain genuine client relationships that contribute to store sales.
- Maintain and update a client book with detailed information about customers, best clients, new additions, existing clients, due dates, and other relevant details.
- Maintain product knowledge to optimize daily sales across all collections, Beauty, and third-party merchandise.
- Ensure personal presentation meets company standards and accurately represents the brand.
- Comply with point-of-sale policies and procedures and properly execute operational functions.
- Monitor shipping, transfers, and special customer requests.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Build an exceptional customer experience in-store and through future interactions.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mentality, solve problems, and adapt to change.
