About The Position

The Seasonal Store Associate supports and maintains the Vera Bradley customer experience through exceptional service, upholding store image standards, maximizing sales, and assisting with store operations. The role involves engaging guests through product awareness and team selling, helping meet sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, organizing stock, and accurately processing transactions using the POS system. Associates are expected to follow company policies and contribute to a respectful, positive work environment.

The position requires constant walking and standing, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. Associates must be able to work around strong fragrances and scents throughout the workday, have sufficient eyesight, hearing, and dexterity, and consistently lift 10–35 pounds. They may occasionally need to lift up to 55 pounds and push or pull more than 55 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with a retail POS system is a plus.
