About The Position

Store Associates provide customers with Lidl’s shopping experience. The role involves multiple aspects of store operations, including stocking, cashiering, cleaning, bakery operations, produce tasks, non-food merchandising, and promotional setups. Successful associates work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, communicate openly, and focus on providing customers with high-quality, low-price, hassle-free shopping.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products weighing over 50 pounds.
Ability to reach above the head to heights greater than 10 inches.
Ability to start an early shift at 5 a.m. or finish a late shift at 11 p.m., including weekends.
Positive attitude when priorities change.
Friendly communication style with team members and customers.
Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Unpack stock as deliveries arrive, maintaining a quick pace.
Provide excellent customer service at registers and throughout the store, answering questions and helping customers locate items.
Keep the store clean and organized throughout the shift, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
Learn and complete tasks in the bakery and produce area, and assist with weekly promotional setups.
Communicate clearly with management and colleagues and help complete tasks as needed.
