About The Position

This role is for a Full Time Day Store Administrator. The position involves being the primary contact for HR-related questions, handling basic accounting duties such as payroll and accounts payable, and actively participating in the recruitment process for hourly staff. The administrator will maintain the employee database, perform office duties as assigned by the Store Manager, and continuously seek out talented individuals to join the team. A key aspect of the role is building and leading diverse teams that promote inclusivity and belonging.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work days and weekends
  • A demonstrated teammate committed to contributing to the team results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities-able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes-unpredictable environment
  • Computer skills (PC Applications; Outlook/E-mail, Excel) is an asset

  • Familiarity with company systems would be an asset
