The Felician Sisters of North America is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN leader to oversee nursing services within our peaceful, person-directed Care Center serving elder Catholic Sisters in Enfield, Connecticut. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain Connecticut licensure
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare environment
- Minimum five (5) years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with staff supervision, scheduling, employee coaching, and performance management
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical leadership skills
- Comfortable using electronic systems and computer applications

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day nursing and health services operations
- Promote high-quality, person-directed resident care
- Support individualized care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Monitor and support infection prevention, wound prevention, and restorative care programs
- Maintain a visible and collaborative presence alongside the care team
- Foster a respectful, engaged, and mission-centered nursing culture
- Support staffing coordination and safe staffing practices
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing team members
- Facilitate team meetings and ongoing education
- Partner with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and employee relations
- Support compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist with care plan reviews, documentation oversight, and quality initiatives
- Participate in performance improvement and plans of correction as needed
- Help ensure policies and procedures support safe, effective resident care
