About The Position

This position is for a Lot Attendant at a repossession company, responsible for facilitating the incoming and outgoing of vehicles collected via repossession. Key duties include managing the organization and inventory of recovered vehicles, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from these vehicles, conducting regular audits to verify lot inventory accuracy, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the lot, and assisting with the transfer of vehicles to appropriate storage or redemption lots. The role requires following detailed instructions and company procedures accurately and working outdoors in various climates.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and adjust to varying schedules
