About The Position

The Yard Attendant’s primary objective is to assist customers with loading and unloading equipment. The position also consists of maintaining the appearance of the branch, assisting mechanics, drivers or other personnel with various labor-based tasks, and completing other daily assignments that support the branch operations which includes delivering equipment occasionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent and 18 years of age or older
• Strong work ethic and attendance record. Be here; be on time
• Valid CDL

Responsibilities

• Always Maintain a safe work environment; obey safety rules; and wear required safety PPE
• Detailing inside and outside of trucks
• Operate a variety of light and heavy-duty trucks on premises
• Assist technicians with repair work where additional hands are required. May require occasional travel with field technicians to assist on field repairs
• Check in / Check out of rental, sale, used equipment
• Various labor tasks related to maintenance of the building, yard, shop, warehouses, or equipment
• Routine will include sweeping, emptying trash, and other similar tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned
