About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bonding and assembling materials such as marble, granite, and quartz. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lamination/bonding and fabrication
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Overhead crane experience required
- Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools
- Basic math skills (measurements, addition, subtraction)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and handling heavy materials
- Must comply with company dress code and PPE policies, including shaving facial hair for safety purposes
- Must pass a background check and a drug screening
Responsibilities
- Combine and laminate marble, granite, and quartz components
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and fabrication drawings
- Operate tools and equipment such as air grinders, clamps, glue guns, and overhead cranes
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Measure components using precision measuring tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
