About The Position

The Stockroom Associate supports the Purchasing Department by applying established supply chain processes to purchasing procedures. The role assists the Purchasing Supervisor and Inventory Specialist with stockroom and materials-management controls and enters data into the relevant accounting systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience in a purchasing environment.
• PC proficiency using accounting or purchasing software, along with data-entry experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective English, grammar, and writing skills.
• Valid California driver's license and automobile insurance acceptable to Goodwill's insurance company.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
