About The Position

The Stocking Clerk is an entry-level team member responsible for stocking products and supporting store operations. The role delivers remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. It involves hands-on retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, with a focus on keeping shelves stocked and the work area clean, safe, and organized. The position works overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

• Comfort learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
